MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment and an initiation fee of $199.
INS AND OUTS OF MEMBERSHIPS
MEMBERSHIPS
• Minimum Membership Commitment: Members are required to commit to a minimum of 3 months. After this initial period, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the same price. Members opting for a 12-month commitment qualify for additional discounts. Please inquire for more details.
• Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their memberships at any time after their initial commitment period by providing 14 days’ notice. Cancellation requests take effect on the next billing date following the 14-day notice period. No prorations or refunds are available. At the termination of a membership, any outstanding membership credits are forfeited.
• Membership Modifications: SMASH BOX does not permit membership downgrades, account freezes, or early cancellations. Members must fulfill their initial commitment period before any cancellation request will be processed.
• Schedule Availability: Our schedule is continuously rolling 7 days in advance.
• Schedule Management: Reservations must be made through the online Member Portal. Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty.
• No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees: Failure to attend a reservation, or canceling less than 24 hours before its start time, will result in a fee. Par and Birdie members forfeit their credit used for reserved time, while Eagle members are charged $20 per missed reservation.
• Guest Policy: Guests must be accompanied by the member. Members are allowed to bring up to 3 guests per reservation, with a $20 fee per guest, per visit. Members can also use their monthly guest passes in lieu of the $20 fee. Guest passes do not roll over to the next month.
• Damage and Theft: Members are responsible for any damages or theft occurring during their reservation time from them and/or their guests.
• Cleanliness Obligation: Members are expected to maintain the cleanliness of SMASH BOX facilities. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged at the discretion of SMASH BOX management.
• Surveillance: SMASH BOX Golf premises are under 24/7 video surveillance, both inside and outside, to ensure security and compliance with policies.
• Policy Compliance: Members who fail to comply with SMASH BOX policies may face immediate membership cancellation with no refunds.

THE SMASH BOX
With space for up to 6 players inside, and a total of 12 when you drop the back party deck, our SMASH BOX units provide a private and unique space to purposefully practice, or party with friends. A total of 4 indoor and outdoor TVs display live leaderboards, allow you to analyze your swing, and watch the big game. Complete your vibe by connecting your music of choice while playing in our climate-controlled space.

THE TECHNOLOGY
We use Trackman 4 and Trackman iO Technology: purpose-built for the indoor golf game. After each swing, you are provided with basic statistics like clubhead speed, all the way to advanced statistics like dynamic loft. With SMASH BOX Golf and Trackman, improving your game has never been easier.
