• Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their memberships at any time by providing 14 days’ notice. Cancellation requests take effect on the next billing date following the 14-day notice period. No prorations or refunds are available. At the termination of a membership, any outstanding membership credits are forfeited.
• Schedule Management: Reservations must be made through the online Member Portal. Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty.
• No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees: Failure to attend a reservation, or canceling less than 24 hours before its start time, will result in a loss of funds/credit. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
• Guest Policy: Guests must be accompanied by the member or person that booked the session. Each reservation allows up to 3 guests at no charge.
• Damage and Theft: Members are responsible for any damages or theft occurring during their reservation time from them and/or their guests.
• Cleanliness Obligation: Members are expected to maintain the cleanliness of SMASH BOX facilities. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged at the discretion of SMASH BOX management.
• Surveillance: SMASH BOX Golf premises are under 24/7 video surveillance, both inside and outside, to ensure security and compliance with policies.
• Policy Compliance: Members who fail to comply with SMASH BOX policies may face immediate membership cancellation with no refunds.

FAQ
How do reservations work?
Book your reservation → receive a Door PIN and Bay PIN in the Trackman app and confirmation email → arrive at your scheduled time → use your Door PIN to enter → use your Bay PIN to unlock the simulator → Trackman runs for your scheduled duration and auto-ends when your session is over → please leave the studio clean for the next golfer.
What is the session cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a credit or refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours result in the loss of credit or funds.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
How do I enter the studio?
After booking, you’ll receive a unique access code.
Enter it at the keypad to unlock the door.
Your code activates 5 minutes before your session start time and expires when the reservation ends.
How long is each session?
Reservations are booked in 30 minute increments for up to 4 hours at a time.
Can I book more than once per day?
Yes—if you have hours remaining and the bay is available, you may book multiple sessions.
Do unused membership hours roll over?
No. Hours reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Each reservation allows up to 3 guests free.
Do I need to be present if I bring guests?
Yes. The member or purchaser must be present for the entire session.
Can I share my access code or let someone else use my hours?
No. Membership, Flex Pass, and session hours are non-transferable.
Unauthorized use or code sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation.
What happens when my session ends?
Trackman automatically logs out at the scheduled end time.
Please leave the studio clean for the next golfer.
What if I’m late?
Your reservation still ends at the scheduled time.
What if I finish early?
You may leave anytime, but unused time does not carry over.
Can I eat, drink, or smoke in the studio?
Closed-lid drinks are welcome. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Yes—clubs are not provided.
What if something gets damaged?
Members and guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Is staff onsite?
No—Smash Box is fully unmanned.
